My home province of Saskatchewan has had its fair share of strange crimes. Take John Shneeberger for example. John was born in Zambia and received his medical education in South Africa. As a Saskatchewan doctor, he was convicted of drugging and sexually assaulting two females.
How he did this is the most bizarre part. Schneeberger sedated the women with an anesthetic and raped them. One of the women was his patient and the other was his step daughter.
To avoid being caught through a blood test, he implanted a 15 cm Penrose drain filled with another man’s blood and anticoagulants in his arm.
What a piece of work.
